The hotel occupies a former spice trading warehouse dating back to 1895, thoughtfully reimagined into a modern luxury space while preserving its industrial character. Within this setting, the Lobby Bar’s newly launched cocktail menu explores Singapore’s history through the decades, pairing classic cocktails with contemporary reinterpretations that incorporate local ingredients. *Dinner begins at Po Restaurant. The Warehouse Hotel This hotel was voted one of Singapore’s Top 10 Hotels by Condé Nast Traveller 2025. The spice warehouse, built in 1895, has been renovated and transformed into a modern, luxurious space while retaining its original ambiance. The Lobby Bar, located within this space, offers a new cocktail menu exploring Singapore’s long history through each era. Through classic cocktails and modern original cocktails incorporating local ingredients, we were able to reflect on the history of Singapore, which has deep ties with Japan. Afterwards, we headed to Po Restaurant for dinner.
