Mile High Club Trophy (Exploit) | Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered

After 250 deaths, screw that I'm just going to glitch this. Basically, change the difficulty to Recruit then get to the last part, headshot kill the soldier then quit the level. Go back on the level then select Veteran difficulty. Close application on the game and restart it. Go to resume game and headshot the enemy and the trophy should be yours!
