Transformers : The Ride is a simulator dark ride in the Universal theme parks: Universal Studios Singapore , Universal Studios Hollywood , Universal Studios Beijing and Universal Studios Florida . In 2007 they started preparing for the dark ride behind the scenes. In October of 2008, Universal Parks & Resorts announced that Transformers: The Ride wanted to build in the parks in Singapore and Hollywood. The attraction would be an enhanced version of The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man . After both versions of the attraction opened, Universal announced that it wanted to open a third location of the attraction in Florida. It opened in 2013, leaving only Universal Studios Japan without a Transformers: The Ride attraction to date. On September 20, 2021, the attraction opened at Universal Studios Beijing under the name: Transformers: Battle for the AllSpark. The journey is made in a vehicle that also functions as a simulator. On the movement platform is an open cabin with twelve seats. The vehicle follows a rails on the floor, while the cab can rotate 360 ​​degrees on its own axis and tilt six degrees. During the ride, visitors wear 3D glasses and pass multiple screens, which show images based on the five live-action films from Transformers. The movements of the vehicle in combination with the 3D effects ensure that the visitors get the idea that they are actually participating in the film.
