Rutland sailing

Sailing our Arran 18 on rutland water. These great boats were designed in Cambridge by three different boat builders I believe. They seem to be more popular in holland and Germany more so than here. I do believe there's about another 2/3 at rutland water. They are bilge keeled and was designed for sailing on the east coast. It's our first trailor sailor and has been a great boat for learning to sail on a bigger scale than dinghy sailing.
