Hi Guys Welcome to my Youtube Channel! Maja Blanca is a very easy Filipino dessert dish. It is also known as “Coconut Pudding.” How to cook Maja Blanca: Ingredients: 200 grams - Cornstarch 3 Cups - Coconut milk 1 Can - Evaporated milk (370ml) 1 Can - Condensed milk (390 grams) 1 Can - Corn Kernel/Cream-style Corn 1 1/4 Cup - White Sugar (can be adjusted depending on your taste) 2 Cups - Water 1 Cup - Water to dissolve the cornstarch CHEESE for toppings Procedure: 1. Combine all the ingredients except Cornstarch. (Coconut milk, Evaporated milk, Condensed milk, Corn Kernels and Water) 2. Mix well and gradually add the sugar. 3. Let it boil, once the mixture is boiling, turn the heat low. 4. Combine the Cornstarch with the 1 Cup water. 5. Slowly add the combined mixture of water and cornstarch. 6. Continue mixing until it thickens. 7. Once cooked and while it's hot, quickly transfer to tray/molder. 8. Let it cool first before putting the cheese. Enjoy cooking!
