Take 5 minutes for yourself and breathe with me. 💜 This short guided mindfulness meditation is here to help you calm stress, slow anxious thoughts, and come back into your body so you can feel steady again. In just a few minutes, we’ll soften the tension you’re carrying, quiet the mental noise, and bring you back to the present moment where you can actually breathe. You don’t have to be “good at meditating.” You don’t have to clear your mind. You don’t have to sit a special way. You just have to show up for yourself for five minutes and allow. This practice is perfect for you if: Your mind is racing and you can’t shut it off You feel overwhelmed, edgy, or on the verge of snapping You need a reset before you say something you don’t mean You want to feel grounded and safe in your own body again In this 5-minute calm reset, we move through: 💜 Gentle breath to settle your nervous system 💜 Releasing stress and emotional tension from the body 💜 Easing overthinking and mental chatter 💜 Letting yourself feel present, balanced, and supported Use this any time you feel overstimulated, anxious, burned out, or just not okay and you don’t have an hour to recover. How to listen: Close your eyes if it’s safe to do so. Take slow breaths with me. Let your shoulders drop. Let your jaw unclench. Let your mind rest for a minute.
