Head & Arm Triangle

Passing from side control to the mount and finishing with a head and arm triangle. Also with the option to dismount to finish the triangle (although I personally prefer not to get off the mount for any reason). This is good training with the dummy as we slowly move towards some non contact training in the school. Parents please not that children are not permitted to use a head and arm triangle, so again this one is only for the adults. No excuses... go train!
