On the farm, each animal has its own eating preferences, suitable for its physical characteristics and lifestyle. Horses eat hay, oats and mixed bran, which helps maintain endurance when working. Elephants are big eaters, and like sugarcane, bananas, grass and soft tree trunks the most. Goats are not picky – they chew on leaves, weeds and vegetables with gusto.
