For the Chicken: Seasoning: 16g Chicken: 400g (Drumsticks) Buttermilk: 25g (or water if buttermilk is unavailable) Instructions: Make small cuts in the chicken drumsticks. Mix 16g of the seasoning with 25g of buttermilk (or water).coat the chicken with this mixture and marinate for 8 hours. After marination, coat the chicken by breading it 20 times using both hands.
