Fire of Your Spirit - Sarah Liberman Dance

Fire of Your Spirit - Sarah Liberman Dance

Hello, we hope you enjoy this dance as it brings a little taste of Israel to you. Below are the lyrics for this song to know the meaning behind the dance. Backstory: As we started attending our local church, we learned that every year they held a multicultural festival. This festival was an open community event were everyone was welcome to attend. The festival encouraged the engagement and knowledge of other cultures, thus the name multicultural was given to the event. After our third year of attending the event, we noticed that only Latin countries were being represented, so my mom decided to break tradition and represent Israel. From this year moving forward we began to incorporate other countries each year. My family and I decided to represent Israel for this year’s multicultural even and it was fun getting to learn about the culture and sharing that with the community. It was during this time that we began to form friendships with the youth, and they became interested in flag and lyrical dancing. We asked if they would like to help us represent Israel and prepare a dance for the event. It was one of the best learning experiences we had as a group, to be able to dance to other languages is something we definitely encourage others to do. As members of God’s kingdom, it is our job to fellowship with one another and extend a hand to our brothers and sisters from other countries as well. With love, Be blessed & until next time! -Kristal, Teresa, & Amalia 💕 _________________________________________________________________________ English lyrics- Put the fire of Your Spirit upon me Place the power of Your Word within me Fill me, fill me I will bow down before the throne of God I will lift Your Name above all names There is none like You Adonai Among the gods Fill me, fill me Fill me with Your love Place Your healing power within me Fill me, fill me Your blood purifies me Your blood frees me I am free, I am free You are great and greatly to be praised Who is like Thee Adonai majestic in holiness Awesome in glory working wonders Follow us on our social media accounts Instagram: @jerusalemdanceco Facebook: Jerusalemdance&co.
