This will extract all the water out and your final kebabs will not break because of this. Finely chop the coriander and mint leaves. Grind the green chilies in the grinder. Mix the the chopped onions, coriander, green chilies and mint leaves in the minced beef. Add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and cumin powder in the minced beef as well and mix it well with your hands or spatula. Make sure your skewers are dry. Take a chunk of the kebab mince mixture in your hand and wrap it around the skewer. Spread it with the help of your index finger and thumb you can definitely see how I did it in the video. Since I did not have a charcoal grill I baked these seekh kebabs. So I baked them on 450 degrees Fahrenheit until they turned brown or had a nice char too them but BEWARE if you are baking the kebabs in an oven there will be a lot of smoke. TURN OFF THE FIRE ALARM. I think it takes them around 15-20 minutes to be prepared and you can then take the skewers out of the oven and gently with the help of a paper towel take the kebabs off from it. Serve it over a bed of caramelized onions and sprinkle some chopped coriander on the kebabs. Enjoy them with naan or roti. Have fun guys. DO TRY THIS ON EID UL AZHA. SUBSCRIBE !!! OKAY?
