The Chartwell Mansion located in Bel-Air, California was used at The Beverly Hillbillies Mansion, owned by Jed Camplett. The mansion was built in 1933 at 750 Bel Air Road Bel-Air, Los Angeles, California. The footage was used in the season 3 episode, "Brewster's Honeymoon." John Brewster is the president of the OK Oil Company, who purchased the oil from Jed Clampett's land.
