HI guys today I will be sharing my version of Black forest cake FOr the cake 1 tbsp of instant coffee 1 1/4 cup hot water 1 cup dutch process cocoa 2 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 1/4 tsp salt 2 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 cups sugar 3 large egg 1 1/4 cup sour cream 1 cup +2 tbsp vegetable oil optional block of chocolate for chocolate shaving marachino cherries for decoration For the Cherrypie FIlling 1 jar 670g of Pitted cherry 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup corn starch 1 tsp vanilla For the cream 3 cups of whipping cream or thickened cream 1/2 cup of icing sugar
