The tuning is standard tuning, E A D G B E. The most difficult part of "One Last Breath" by far is the fingerpicking that Mark does throughout the intro and verse sections of the song. I will take you step-by-step through this section. Luckily, Mark repeats it the same way every time making it much easier to memorize.
