To, CM Delhi, Implementation of DTC Pension Scheme and Medical Facilities for Retired Employees.🙏🙏

Ms. Atishi Hon'ble Chief Minister of Delhi, Delhi.Implementation of DTC Pension Scheme and Medical Facilities for Retired Employees. cmdelhi • [email protected] Respected Mam, I am writing to follow up on the Board Resolution No. 35/2022 and 37/2022, which pertain to the implementation of the DTC Pension Scheme for non-opted employees/ex-employees and medical facilities for retired employees, respectively. These resolutions were approved by the DTC Board in 2022 and are pending final approval from the Government of NCT of Delhi. As you may be aware, the upcoming assembly elections in Delhi are approaching, and the Delhi government has a significant interest in garnering public support. The current political climate presents a unique opportunity for the AAP-led Delhi government to demonstrate their commitment to public welfare by expediting the approval and implementation of these crucial facilities. On September 4, 2024, DTC issued a call for fresh options from non-opted employees and retired employees, signalling our readiness to proceed with the scheme. Given this context, we request that the necessary approvals be expedited to ensure the implementation of these benefits before the election code of conduct comes into force. Doing so would not only align with the interests of the employees but also leverage the current political climate to facilitate the smooth execution of these benefits. I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to your support in expediting the approval process. Looking forward to an affirmative action in the above matter at your end posthaste. Kindly acknowledge the receipt, With regards, Sincerely yours, (RITU MUNJAL ADVOCATE and president of caring hands social welfare society delhi DELHI 9818209001
