Hard work is great, but not the only thing you need to be successful

Hard work matters, but it's not everything. Strategy, timing, relationships, and adaptability all play their part too. I've learned that working smarter beats working harder every time. But it's great if you can find a way to do both, work hard and be smart about it. And also just as an extra piece, knowing when to take time to rest is just as important as knowing when to push yourself.
