MASON JAR CREAMY COBB SALAD!ðĨðĨ Everything about a Cobb is perfectâĶexcept how long it takes to make, so I hacked it for you! Batch the ingredients and build them into mason jars so you get multiple meals for the same effort. No soggy lettuce, no sad lunches, no need to make the dressing from scratch. Creamy Ranch is herby, tangy, and tastes soooo yummy combined with the avocado and bacon. YOUâLL NEED (for 3 mason jars) -3-4 T Creamy Ranch dressing -2 cooked chicken breasts, diced -4 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped -4 jammy or hard-boiled eggs, roughly chopped -1 c cherry tomatoes, halved -1/4 c crumbled feta or blue cheese -3 c chopped romaine -2 c arugula -chopped fresh chives -avocado, for topping (add just before serving) Start with 1 to 1Â― T creamy ranch dressing (we use Marieâs Creamy Ranch) in the bottom of each jar. Layer on the chicken, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, feta, chives, arugula, and romaine. Refrigerate up to 3 days. At lunch, dump onto a plate, top with fresh avocado, and enjoy!
