However, since the Prowler had leaked our location to Roxxon, Rhino—now powered by Roxxon’s armor—interrupts and captures us both, taking us to a Roxxon lab. There, we wake up to find ourselves being interrogated by Krieger. Despite our dire situation, Phin and I manage to work together to escape, taking down security guards along the way. Throughout the escape, Phin makes it clear that she is uninterested in our words, feeling betrayed after we had lied to her. As we make our escape from Roxxon, it becomes evident that Prowler is furious about our capture. He confronts Krieger, accusing him of breaking their deal to leave us alone. Prowler threatens to go public with what we revealed about Nuform’s true nature and what Krieger did to Rick Mason. Krieger counters by pointing out that doing so would implicate Prowler as well, due to his involvement with Roxxon. After Phin retrieves her equipment, we continue working together to escape the facility. We power a nearby generator and use our abilities to manipulate a crane and an engine, eventually creating a series of tethers that allow us to break into the control room. Once inside, we take out the guards, but Rhino bursts in, leading to a fierce battle. During the fight, we ride on Rhino’s back, ramming him into tanks and using melee attacks to destroy his Venom-proof armor. Rhino retaliates by throwing tanks, but we avoid them and charge an engine to throw back at him. Our combined efforts finally destroy his armor, and we defeat him using Venom attacks. After the fight, we examine the Nuform reactor schematics located at Roxxon’s East Harlem plaza and are horrified by its dangerous potential. Phin plans to activate it. A beaten Rhino taunts Phin about Rick’s death, driving her into a rage. She nearly kills him, but we stop her, which infuriates her further. She turns on us, beating us and declaring that her family is dead and she has no intention of stopping her plan. Saddened and injured, we call Ganke to carry us back to our apartment. Our mother, Rio, arrives home after us and Ganke, discovering our secret identity. She quickly learns about Phin’s identity and the true nature of Nuform, realizing that Phin’s plan to activate the reactor at Roxxon’s East Harlem plaza could unknowingly destroy the entire Harlem territory.
