Those who challenge the Elite Four must have won all eight Badges from that region. Blue Oak (Japanese: オーキド・グリーン Green Okido) is the rival of the player and the Champion in Pokemon Stadium. To become Champion, Trainers must face all the Elite four and the current Champion consecutively without losing to any of them.
