I have made these biscuits with Whole wheat flour and cane sugar however you can substitute with all purpose flour and regular sugar. These are healthier version of Cumin flavoured biscuits with healthy ingredients like Whole wheat , no processed sugar, . You can add Carrom Seeds/Ajwain or Chilli for extra hint of spiciness. Don’t own an Oven, here is the tip to bake it in Pressure Cooker or Idli cooker, fill the cooker with sand or salt and layer the cookies in the aluminium foil and bake it.
