ABOUNT THE MISSION - In this mission, you'll be in pursuit of a man named The Butcher. He'll lead you through the streets of St. Petersburg, Russia. It's important that you do not kill him, as he has valuable information you need. At the start, pick whichever weapon you fancy, and follow Captain Price down the steps. He'll lead you outside, where you'll have an altercation that ends in some shooting. Take out the enemies, and make your way into the nearby building. Here's where you'll find The Butcher. Approach the group of men slowly and take note of The Butcher's yellow outfit. Shoot the other enemies and The Butcher will escape, leading you on a chase. Go over to where the enemies were and grab a weapon. Follow him into the bar and take cover to quickly take out the enemies ahead. Make your way to the bar itself and use the door to get to the kitchen area. Follow this path outside and make a left, where more enemies will be waiting. It's best to mount around the corner here to pick off the enemies ahead. You can use the cars for cover. After you clear out this section, head forward, towards the next building. Here, you'll come across a few civilians. Don't shoot them. Take note of the family that will run out from the left apartment. Keep following The Butcher down the hall and he'll lead you to an apartment where he'll jump out the window. Before he does, he'll throw a grenade on the ground, which you must pick up and throw out the window. Jump out the window, regroup with Price, and cross the bridge on the left. After you cross, several enemies will pull up on the left, including one with an RPG. Take them out quickly, and use the cars for cover. If a car starts smoking, get away from it. It also might help to use the truck on the left for cover, since it's got a good view of this area. After that, make your way ahead, through an open gate. Here, you'll see an enemy off in the distance with a laser sight. Take him out as soon as you can and continue in pursuit of The Butcher. Make a right, and slide under the metal ahead, and over the fence. Be aware of the enemy waiting for you. This will lead you to a restaurant where enemies will be shooting at you through the windows from outside. Use cover and pick them off. Then, make a right, and continue through the restaurant. As soon as you do, a fire will ignite, so stick to the right side to avoid death. Lead them to The Butcher and Captain Price will ask you if you'd like to participate. Choosing "I'm in," will result in you going into the room to interrogate The Butcher, using his family as a means to get him to talk. You'll be given a pistol, but it won't be loaded. Aim it at the wall and shoot. Then, you'll be given ammo. From here, aim your weapon at him, but don't shoot.
