Make this sugar-free pumpkin spice creamer at home — delicious in coffee, for cold foam, AND my favorite: pumpkin spice matcha. Pumpkin Spice Creamer Recipe (makes 6–8 servings): • 1 cup milk of choice • ½ cup half & half (or coconut cream) • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée • 1/4 - 1/3 cup sweetener (I use allulose) • 1 tsp vanilla • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice • Pinch salt Whisk + warm (don’t boil).
