(if any) 100 Total 1,000 🔧 Implementation Process: Funds credited to School Management Committee (SMC) account. Uniform stitching to be done by local SHGs/tailors under school supervision. Cap and ID card printing done through GST-registered vendors. Quality check and timely distribution to be ensured by the Headmaster and BEO. Distribution to be completed by July 15 or August 15, before Independence Day. --- 📸 Monitoring & Documentation: Maintain student-wise distribution register. Take group photographs during distribution with banners. Display a fund utilization board in the school campus. Submit utilization certificate (UC) to Block Education Office.
