Successful treatment of stage 4 prostate cancer with extensive liver and bone metastasis

Patient presented with very very advanced cancer of prostate with neuroendocrine differentiation which is known to be a very bad cancer. When he presented to Dr Kumar Rishikesh , senior consultant medical oncologist at Indrarpastha Apollo Delhi , everyone had given up. patient was referred to Dr Rishikesh who it was a advanced disease with liver failure .Family was not in mood to give Dr Rishikesh a chance to treat this case . However, after much effort Dr Rishikesh was allowed to start treatment and patient bounced back and there is no PET CT evidence of cancer. Patient has restarted his law practice and happy with the family. Dr Rishikesh proved those who were hopeless that there is always a hope and give it a chance and let Dt Rishikesh treat the patient.
