At last, every boss of Dark Souls 3 is finished on this run, NG+7 is finally complete as NG is. Although I still may do some more fights on the run in the future, I guess with this technically concluding it, I'd like to thank everyone who supported me along the way and encouraged me to continue; even in the rather unfortunate times like when I was getting crushed by Soul of Cinder. I know this being the last kill is sort of bizarre, but this was a boss I skipped and I pretty much ended up doing the entire DLC2 backwards in regards to this challenge. Man, even though this shit was only like 7 hours maximum, I was getting pretty frustrated along the way, at one point briefly reaching the same levels of anger I had with SoC months back. Phase 1 is typically the killer in this run, there's just a lot of things that can go wrong, like maybe the debuffed bat spewing a puke puddle on ya as you get out of your riposte animation, or the sometimes kinda retarded hitboxes smashing you even though you aren't near these fuckers' arms. A kinda lesser thing I encountered in phase 2 were some instances in where I was genuinely fucked without any way of preventing it, a good example being where he chucks out those fire orbs that eventually explode, and following up with that flying smash you have to run away from. Can't run away 'cause you'll get blown up, and you can't run through him because his hitboxes reach behind him/has some weird tracking for that iirc. So yeah, some inconveniences were met, but in the end, this incredibly lackluster victory was achieved. Slowest no roll kill of this boss, I'm 100% positive, but I just can't keep up with aggression in this fight. There's too many things I feel like will mess me up, so I end up playing passive enough where I'm sure it hurts to watch. I'll try my hand at the Meteor version of the Prince later, but I think for now I'll go take a break from this no roll shit. If you want to see someone actually good at the game and does this fight well, go check out Xerieh or TolomeoR's kills, they're way faster.
