This mission takes place in Mumbai, a place filled with people. There will be witnesses everywhere and most of the time, the guards won't wander far from their patrol area. Bringing Coins with you is a must, not only you can use them to force guards to go to a specific location, you can use them later as part of a Story Mission and you can pay a guy to smuggle you out. One of the 3 targets will be someone you need to identify. While walking, you will see purple icons above people's head, that means they match the description of The Maelstrom. Diana will ask you to get a close look at him to be able to identify him. We recommend leaving Dawood Rangan as the last target, or second at least. If you bring a Sniper Rifle in your briefcase and infiltrate the Crows hideout successfully, you can reach a watchtower where you'll have a clear shot on Rangan. This will also reward you 2000 XP for completing a challenge if you manage to land a headshot and 4000 XP for completing the challenge Within Scope. Target: The Maelstrom INFILTRATE THE CROWS HIDEOUT There are many entrances to the Crows Hideout. I went to the westernmost side of the map and infiltrated from the beach. Doing so allows for an easy way in. There's a generator you can turn off, right outside the hideout, and guards will investigate one by one. You can easily take them down, disguise, grab the key they drop, and drag them upstairs where you can use the keys and hide the bodies. Once inside the hideout, you will be given the objective of searching it. There's a door with stairs leading down, that's where you have to go. You will need another disguise down here. Two guards will be roaming the hall, and one of them will suspect you. They don't wander off alone so you'll have to take them both down. After taking them down, get a change of clothes and grab the hideout key they will drop. Use it to open the doors there and pick the 'Note to Sagar, The Barber'. Should be on a crate with a lamp. The note contains a photograph of The Malestrom and will allow you to recognize him amongst the crowd. Target: Dawood Ragan Now you can go back to the beach house's roof and use the lookout tower there to snipe Dawood Rangan and get that sweet reward for the Within Scope challenge. NOTE: Eliminating all targets from this tower will grant you another 4000 XP for the Within a Broader Scope challenge.
