Black Ops chopper gunner glitch

basically i called in a chopper gunner straight after another and for some reason it got stuck in the air for the entire game without me in it, meaning i couldnt call in any other chopper gunners or my previous blackbirds. i lost 2 copper gunners and 3 blackbirds to this. final score was 38-3 but it could have been much higher :/
