Paneer Butter Masala Recipe l Restaurant Style Panner Butter Masala l Butter Paneer @YNFoodAffair is one of favorite recipe of vegetarians paneer butter masala is made of rich tomato gravy infused with light spices and creaminess of fresh cream and flavor of smoke which is missing whenever we cook at home. Here I am sharing my version of paneer butter masala/butter paneer with same flavor of smoke with a twist. Ingredients: Paneer-200gm Butter- 25gm Fresh Cream- 2tbsp Hybrid tomatoes- 4-5 Garlic Cloves- 18-20 Ginger- 2inch Salt- 2tsp Kashmiri mirch powder-1tsp Garam masala- 1/2tsp Kasuri methi- 1tsp. Method:- In a pot take roughly cut tomatoes add garlic cloves fenugreek leaves and salt add water mix it cover with lid and cook at medium to low flame for 20mins. In a bowl add room temperature melted butter 50gm, make a bowl of aluminum foil add burnt coal in bowl and add some oil on it and cover and leave it. Turn off tomatoes after 20mins blend it to smooth paste. In a pan add tomato gravy, adjust gravy consistency with water, add Kashmiri Mirch , garam masala, sugar and adjust salt mix it well and cook at low flame for 5mins. Add smoked butter 2tbsp which will enhance flavor of gravy. You can use this flavored butter in any preparation and taste will be amazing do try this method. Add 2tbsp fresh cream, crushed fenugreek leaves mix it well and simmer it for 5mins. In a bowl serve paneer butter masala and garnish with fresh cream. It goes well with breads and naan.
