Overwatch 2: Unable to speak or hear in voice chat.

SOLUTION: START ; search for and open SETTINGS ; NETWORK & INTERNET ; ETHERNET ; click EDIT next to DNS SERVER ASSIGNMENT ; change to AUTOMATIC (DHCP) ; SAVE ; Restart Windows. I found that my use of Quad8 as a DNS server on my Windows PC was preventing me utilizing voice chat so I disabled it, restarted and it worked. Symptoms: Unable to speak with open mic or push to talk, voice chat mic was grayed out, unable to toggle mute on or off. Others in voice chat showed with grayed out speakers and unable to hear them.
