Russian sponsored talks for peace in Syria aimed at finding a political solution to the war have ended with a call for elections in the country. Participants of the conference have agreed to set up a commission to rewrite the war-torn country's constitution. But the Syrian opposition boycotted the event, saying key demands were ignored.
