45 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT Glutes, legs, chest, back, core Warm up – 5–8 minutes • Easy cardio (walk, bike, or treadmill) • Bodyweight squats, hip hinges, glute bridges, arm circles Block 1 – Lower strength 1. Kettlebell deadlift 3–4 sets x 8–10 reps 2. Dumbbell Bulgarian split squat 3–4 sets x 8–10 reps each leg Rest 45–75 sec between sets and exercises Block 2 – Push + pull 3. Chest press + glute bridge combo 3 sets x 10–12 reps 4. Lat pulldown 3 sets x 8–12 reps Alternate between these two with short rest Block 3 – Glutes + core finisher 5. Cable abduction 3 sets x 12–15 reps each leg 6.
