Meanwhile, Dr. Choi (Brian Tee) works on a woman 32 weeks pregnant who has a big reason to do everything in her power not to deliver the child, much to the dismay of Goodwin (S. Epatha Merkerson), Charles and the hospital staff. Elsewhere, April (Yaya DaCosta) is less than thrilled to discover her brother Noah (guest star Roland Buck III) has an enterprising side-business that involves her new boyfriend Tate (guest star Deron J. Powell).
