आलू प्याज पराठा बनाने का नया और आसान तरीका | Aloo Pyaaz Paratha Recipe || Aloo pyaaj ka paratha is a delicious and popular Indian flatbread made with a stuffing of potatoes (aloo) and onions (pyaaj). Here's a recipe to make it: Ingredients: For the dough: 2 cups whole wheat flour (atta) Water, as needed Salt, to taste For the stuffing: 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed 1 onion, finely chopped 2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust according to taste) 1 teaspoon grated ginger 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon garam masala 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder Salt, to taste Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (optional) Ghee or oil, for cooking Instructions: Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth and soft dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for at least 15-20 minutes. Prepare the Stuffing: In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, grated ginger, cumin seeds, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and fresh coriander leaves (if using). Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated. Make the Parathas: Divide the dough into equal-sized balls, slightly larger than golf balls. Take one dough ball, flatten it slightly, and roll it out into a small circle, about 4-5 inches in diameter, using a rolling pin and dusting with flour as needed. Place a portion of the prepared stuffing in the center of the rolled-out dough circle. Gather the edges of the dough and bring them together, enclosing the stuffing completely. Pinch off the excess dough. Flatten the stuffed dough ball slightly and dust it with flour. Roll out the stuffed dough ball gently into a paratha, about 6-7 inches in diameter, taking care not to break it and ensuring the stuffing spreads evenly. Cook the Parathas: Heat a tawa or a flat skillet over medium-high heat. Once the tawa is hot, carefully transfer the rolled-out paratha onto it. Cook the paratha for about 1-2 minutes, or until bubbles start to appear on the surface. Flip the paratha using a spatula and drizzle some ghee or oil around the edges. Cook the paratha on the other side until golden brown spots appear, pressing gently with the spatula to ensure even cooking. Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls and stuffing to make more parathas.
