One of most discussed cafe in recent months Came here to try their unique pastry… 🥐 apam balik croissant — It’s my fav out of the bunch. Love how they are able to replicate the experience of having apam balik in this pastry - a nice balance of sweetness (from mochi-like fillings) and texture from the nuts 🥐 nian gao croissant Another unique pastry that marries best of east and west. Filling might be sweet to my liking but it’s an interesting pastry to try. Glad to have tried it because it was one of the pastries that I was aiming for 🥯 Ham chim pain Bringing the classic flavors to a western pastry, biting it does reminisce that feeling of having “ham chim peng” 🥐 Almond croissant Classic croissant with almond toppings.
