What happens in the last 100 seconds at the throne room? (Super Mario Bros. 3)

Its a medley! There's no hurry up version of that theme so the game goes through all the pieces of music saved in memory that are next to that piece. I want to add that this is the Italian version of the game, and also, i noticed something weird, the first tune that sounds in the medley is the intro of the first stage tune, we have heard that, but why would they keep that separated from the main tune? Or is in chunks? Well, i have a theory, the tune was saved in memory similar to how 1-2 in Super Mario Bros. starts with a cut scene with the main tune being played only the intro... that's crazy right? Isn't that unused? Should that be reported to TCRF? is it already there?
