The weather in Cleveland will see rain, snow and warmer temperatures in the week ahead. Another decent day across NE Ohio; however, pop-up showers did interrupt the afternoon for some. With cold air aloft, some of these downpours included what many would think is hail but it's actually graupel. What's graupel you may ask...well, graupel starts as snow believe it or not. As this snow falls it becomes supercooled (aka water droplets freeze to it) which is why at first glance you may think it resembles hail. Rain chances don't leave us as we wrap up the workweek. Another day that won't be a washout either, but the umbrella will come in handy from time to time. Temperatures do drop form the 50s back into the 40s for highs. Chillier air arrives in time to kick start the weekend...reason being we could see some snow showers mixing into the picture. What's accumulation look like? Minimal. Most of these snow chances will mix in with typical rain showers leading to a slushier kind of rain. Here is your Cleveland weather 3-day forecast. TONIGHT: Isolated showers, mostly cloudy. Upper-30s. TOMORROW: Much cooler. Scattered rain. Mid to upper-40s. SATURDAY: Colder with scattered rain/snow. Low 40s. READ MORE: https://www.wkyc.com/article/weather/...
