Insert button: Go to Developer → Insert → Button, place it, and name it “Save Button.” 2. Prep your table: Copy the header to a new sheet (e.g., “Other Employees”) and format your table. 3. Enter sample data: Type test inputs on your data entry sheet (the fields you want to capture). 4. Record macro: Developer → Record Macro, name it (e.g., Save_Entry), click OK. 5. Navigate to target sheet: Copy your typed data → switch to “Other Employees.” Place the cursor in column G, press Ctrl+Down, Ctrl+Left, then Ctrl+Up to reach the top. 6.
