Custard Banana Milk Shake is a rich, creamy drink prepared using banana, milk and custard powder. This drink can be quickly prepared in just under 10 minutes and tastes great when chilled. Approx. preparation and cooking time: 10 mins Serves 2-3 persons List of ingredients: 1. Bananas (small) - 5 2. Milk - 2 glasses 3. Sugar - 3/4th cup 4. Custard powder - 2 tablespoons 5. Sabja seeds (soaked) - 2 tablespoons 6. Tutti frutti - 2 tablespoons Method of preparation: 1. Take half cup milk, add 2 tablespoons custard powder and mix well. Keep this aside for later. 2. Into a broad vessel, add 2 glasses milk and turn on the heat to low-medium flame. Then, add 3/4th cup sugar and stir well. 3. Now, add the previously prepared custard milk, continue stirring and bring the mixture to a boil. Then, turn off the heat, allow it to cool down and refrigerate for sometime. 4. Into a large bowl, add 5 small bananas (peeled) and mash to make a smooth paste. Then, add the mashed bananas to the cold custard milk and mix well. 5. Pour the prepared drink into two tall glasses, add sabja seeds, tutti frutti on top. 6.
