I'm so freaking excited to visit Vietnam 🇻🇳 for the first time in October 🎃! I wanted to celebrate this trip with a Vietnamese cookbang featuring our cultural comfort foods. There were very many recipes to choose from but I opted for Vietnamese Caramelized Pork 🐖 & Eggs 🥚 (Thịt kho tàu) because it's the most popular and most recognized home-cooked dish. I didn't list the recipe directions below so please watch for the details! Note: For the purpose of this mukbang, I had to cut the cooking time a few hours shorter than expected. I couldn't sit around for 3-4 hours - hehe.
