Spotlight Effect Easily In Photoshop 2023 🔥

In this Photoshop tutorial, I show you how to create a dramatic lighting effect in about 60 seconds. I start by using the polygonal lasso tool to draw the desired light source on the image. Then, I use an exposure adjustment layer to create the beam of light. Finally, I use the mask button and adjust the feathering to create a softer, more diffuse light. Lastly, the lighting can be further adjusted using the move tool if needed.
