Replacing A Rotten Rim Joist

Today I'm going to completely replace the rim joist and sill plate because termites and water infiltration that have done a real number on this corner of my house. We need to sister the joists to make them stronger and put a new subfloor under the wall assembly. I put this one off for a long time because the idea of removing the only things supporting the walls of your house is a bit daunting!
