Becoming more fluid in your body can help so much when it comes to the “pooch” when we release tension and start breathing better our body parts can perform their work more appropriately. Over time our body tightens down our knees stop working like knees and our hips stop working like hips, shoulders, core, etc. so if we can begin to see our body for what it is and what each function is for we can then begin to train our glutes with our hips for functionality rather than looks.
