Ⓦ Fallout 4 New Survival Walkthrough ▪ Part 52: Call to Arms

Please remember to comment/rate and let me know what you think, thanks! This time around, I get past the Fire Support glitch and complete the Call to Arms mission. To reiterate what I've stated in a previous video: you can get past the Fire Support glitch without console commands if you have The Molecular Level quest active. Talk to Danse when you've gotten to the part of the quest where you have to choose a faction to build the device with, and you'll have a little conversation about the signal interceptor. Danse will make you an offer to join up with the Brotherhood, which you MUST refuse (if you accept, he goes right back to "Check your fire, we've got hostiles!" mode). After refusing the offer to join, talk to Danse again and you should get the normal conversation for the end of Fire Support and complete the quest. At this point, you'll probably experience some...interesting bugs involving Danse's AI during the Call to Arms mission. The main one would be where, from the time you reach Arcjet to the time you find the transmitter, Danse constantly attempts to walk back to the police station, ocassionally teleporting to you at certain spots during the mission only to start walking away again. If your character is weak/low level, this would obviously make the mission harder since your best bet in that situation is to basically cower behind Danse and let him do all the work. On the other hand, this could potentially make the mission much easier if your character is strong, since you don't have to worry about Danse getting in your line of fire (and possibly turning hostile if you hit him too much), or ruining your attempts at stealth if you're running a stealth build.
