Where is the House Market going!? My Prediction for 2021...

In this video, I am going to share with you when I predict home prices are going to drop... right now so many people are waiting for the market to crash again but there are a lot of variables that we have to look at to see when we can predict to see a fall. The housing market has gone up over 30% in just the last year alone, some areas even more. So, what is causing this inflation of the housing market? I’ll be diving into the below variables on the cause of inflation: The materials supply and demand issue that resulted in increased cost of building materials The surprise generation that are buying houses increasing demand The interest rate variable So, when can we expect housing costs to go down? In this video, I'm sharing 3 variables that will cause the demand to go back down, plus one additional factor that no one is talking about... My prediction is that prices will continue to rise, they’re going to then stabilize, then in 2024 is when we’ll see interest rates at a high and we can see property prices begin to drop again. I also foresee the housing market getting flipped upside down and some innovation coming our way because we’re ready for and need a change. I think something brilliant is going to come out of the time that we’re in and I hope that it makes housing more affordable.
