Healthier Honey BBQ Wings 🍯🔥🐓 Whoever claims chicken wings can't be a part of a healthy diet is a fraud! There are simple healthier delicious ways to make them like these right here! 😏 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS ~2b Pasture Raised separated Chicken Wings ~2 tbsps Baking Powder *Aluminum Free @flavorgod Honey BBQ Seasoning to taste (link + discount code in bio) ~2 tbsp of Avocado Oil Sauce (combine all ingredients) ~1/2 cup BBQ Sauce of choice ~2-3 tbsp Honey Also, I used @primalkitchenfoods Ranch. DIRECTIONS 1. Pat wings dry then place in bowl. Add baking powder and seasoning. Mix till wings are well coated. 2. Place on greased wired rack and bake at 275 for ~25 minutes then bump up heat to 425 for an additional ~25-30 minutes or until largest wing is at least 175 degrees internal. 3. Remove from oven, toss in the sauce. 4. Place them back in oven for a few minutes so the sauce tacks up. 4.
