PEANUT BHINDI MASALA • Wash and dry 250 gm Lady Finger and cut them into cubes • In a grind jar add ¼ cup roasted Peanuts • Add 1 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut • Add 1 Tbsp roasted Sesame seeds • Add 1 Tsp Cummin seeds • Add 1 Tsp Fennel seeds • Add 1 Tbsp Coriander powder • Add ½ Tsp Turmeric powder • Add 1 Tbsp Red Chili powder • Add 1 Tbsp Amchur powder and coarsely grind it • In a pan add Mustard oil • Add 1 Tsp Cummin seeds • Add 6-7 Curry leaves • Add Lady Finger cubes, on high flame shallow fry it for 3-4 minute until Lady Finger turns lightly brown • Add grounded Peanut masala • Add Salt and on a low flame cook it for 7-8 minutes and Enjoy! #BhindiWithATwist #NuttyMasalaMagic #VeggieUpgrade #QuickIndianRecipe #mayurspantry @MayursPantry
