Neon Gravel -Binaural Mood Journey- [Emotional Introspection]

Soft sweeping rings & fitting nature sounds, to the shifting binaural beats of this Mood Journey. All ring generation and intensity triggered by the Pedal Steel Guitar. Enjoy! And now for the final Binaural Mood Journey in the series- Emotional Introspection. -Structured and geared toward just that! This Mood Journey starts at an E freq -164.81hz with a beat companion of 5hz difference traveling to a 12hz difference. Designed to help you wind down, but not too much! This series has been fun to craft, and also ticklish to explore. Ive always been allured by the fringe and metaphysical sciences, haha, so it certainly has helped to scratch that existential itch somewhat... New Series "Binaural Beats" have always interested me... Despite them seeming rather arcane and their unofficially proclaimed benefits, i've listened to many different versions over the years. Binaural Beats are made by hard panning 2 frequencies, one left-and one right. *When those frequencies are minutely different- lets say , a "Hz" difference between 1hz and 100hz (generally a closer Hz split like 2Hz - 8Hz) , while quite close in frequency- when hard panned and listened to through headphones/earbuds, our brain interprets that minute frequency difference as a "Pulse"! And that "pulse" feels different based on the Hz discrepancy between the two frequencies- from soft rich pulses to fast humming pips. And the arcane component, haha, is that these pulses are believed to be tied to mood regulation, focus, clarity, sleep, etc. The most common "waves" and their believed involvement: Delta (1-4Hz) Theta (4-8) Alpha (8-14) Beta (14-30) Gamma (30-100). And if u can entertain all that, lets take it a step further.... The Mood Journey- The Mood Journey component to this is the subtle shifting of the Binaural Beat by changing the Hz discrepancy over time. Think of it as a guided meditation- where the guide starts you at one state and speed of meditation, and subtly narrates you to another, changing your meditative focus. All in all, while unconfirmed in the contemporary medical doctrine, i still find it a little fascinating. And so i've wanted to explore doing this for some years now. It's an experiment, it's fun, that's all. Enjoy. Neon Gravel
