Indulge in the creamy goodness of Mango Kulfi, a perfect treat for any summer day! 🥭🍦😋 Ingredients required: Mango - 6pc Milk - 1lt Khoya - ½ cup Sugar - 5 tbsp Cardamom Powder - 1tsp Kesar - 8-10 strands How to make Mango Kulfi: 1. In a kadai, add the milk and reduce it to half. Add khoya, sugar, kesar, and cardamom and mix in well. Keep it aside to cool down 2. While the kulfi mix is getting cooled, prepare the mangoes. Cut the top of the mangoes and keep them aside. 3. Using a small knife, cut along the seed of the mangoes, loosen it, and try to pull it out without breaking the edges of the mangoes. 4. Remove the mango pulp and put it back inside the cavity. Keep it aside 5. Once the Kulfi mix is cooled, add it to the cavity we made in mangoes. Freeze it overnight or for a min of 6-7 hours 6.
