The masala omelette hit just the right spot, followed by my own creation of an egg burger with Vistara's bun and butter, elevated by a herby tomato sauce. Manisha's warm service brought me my second breakfast of soft paratha and chole, paired perfectly with butter and followed by a comforting cup of tea.
