It will remove your anxiety and stress, insah Allah. About Surah Al-Baqarah (Chapter 2): "The Heifer" or "The Cow" is the second (also longest) chapter of the Holy Quran. Surah Baqarah spans 2 and a half juzz of the Quran (juz 01 para 1 الٓمّٓ, juz 02 para 2 سَیَقُوْلُ, juz 03 para 3 تِلْكَ الرُّسُلُ). It is a Medinan surah for the most except for the last 3 verses (284-286) which were revealed during the Farewell Pilgrimage in the 10th year of migration to Madinah. The name of Surah Al-Baqarah comes from the story of the cow (heifer) mentioned in verses 67 to 73. The subject of this long chapter, however, is varied but makes sense if you have some historical context. Surah Baqarah contains a substantial number of clear verdicts by Allah Almighty concerning Islamic law. It recounts the stories of the Prophets Adam, Abraham and Moses. Several verses of Surah Al Baqarah urge pagans (mushrikeen ) and the Jews of Medina to enter the fold of Islam and warn them and the hypocrites ( munafiqun) of the evil fate that Allah Almighty had met upon earlier civilizations, when the elected to ignore the Almighty's clear signs and warnings.
